Come and talk to Ruth- Occupational Therapist Mental Health for support and advice to help you find your way forward. You can also discuss referrals to other services and community support depending on your needs.
Appointments with Ruth can be made directly through reception, or any other practitioner you may be seeing.
(If you are currently receiving treatment through a secondary care specialists such as CAMHS or Mental Health this service cannot support you for treatment, however advice can be given.)
