What is My Health Online?

My Health Online is a new online service brought to you from NHS Wales. My Health Online offers patients the convenience to order repeat prescriptions, book a limited amount of GP appointments and change their contact details using the internet. What’s more, because My Health Online is a 24 hour online service – you can do this in your own time, day or night.

How do I register?

Please ask one of our receptionists to provide you with an access code. Due to strict confidentiality regulations this can only be done in person and we will require proof of identification.  Should you experience problems with accessing My Health on Line please contact the practice for support, if we are unable to assist you will be advised to contact the helpdesk on “[email protected]” .

Is my information secure?

All information that is sent to your surgery via EMIS Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
